How often the Giants cover the spread

Team history

In the 2025 regular season the Giants covered the spread in 9 of 17 games: 4 of 8 at home and 5 of 9 away. Their games went over the total 11 times in 17. So far in 2026: covered in 3 of 4, and over in 2 of 4.

What do these numbers mean?

Bookmakers give the weaker team a head start called the spread. A team covers when it wins by more than the spread, or loses by less than its head start. A push is a tie with the line, so bets were refunded. The total is the bookmakers' line for points in the game; over means the game finished above it. We count the main closing line just before the start, complete seasons only, plus this season so far.
