Every published pick comes from our quantitative models: calibrated win probabilities blended with the de-vig market consensus, filtered to positive expected value, and sized with fractional Kelly staking. The full method is documented, page by page, under methodology and proven against our public settled record. No selection is ever produced by a human hunch, and none is altered after publication.
Selections are logged with a timestamp before the event starts and graded automatically after it settles — win, loss or push — against the recorded price. The ledger at /results and the per-market breakdown at /scorecard include every settled selection: wins and losses, with hit rate, units and ROI. Nothing is cherry-picked and nothing is removed retrospectively.
Bet Better is a data product. Match previews, articles and page copy are generated from our model output and data pipelines, with automated language generation used to turn the numbers into prose. The numbers in any article — probabilities, edges, hit rates, prices — come directly from the same pipeline that feeds the graded record. Research papers and datasets published under our studies programme are authored by Edward Glush (ORCID 0009-0008-4074-369X) and carry permanent DOIs.
If a stated number, result or claim is wrong, email edward@betbetter.world. Verified errors are corrected on the page, and grading errors are corrected in the ledger. Turnaround is usually same-day.
No pick is guaranteed. Hit rate is not profit — favourites can win often and still lose money at the price. Model probabilities are estimates for research, not betting advice. Historical performance does not predict future results.
