01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Bet Better online sports betting analytics interface (the “Platform” or “Bet Better”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). If you do not agree with these T&Cs, please refrain from using the Platform.
02 User Eligibility
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. In many regions this is 18+, but in the United States and some others it is 21+. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet your local minimum age and are legally permitted to access sports betting-related content.
It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations related to gambling and the use of betting analytics platforms. Bet Better does not permit the use of its services where prohibited by law.
03 User Registration and Google Sign-In
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
We offer Google One Tap Sign-In. By using it, you allow us to access your name, email address, profile picture, and unique Google account identifier to facilitate registration and login. Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google’s
Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy.
04 Responsible Gambling
Bet Better promotes responsible gambling. We provide data-driven analytics and insights to inform your betting decisions. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for your wagering activities and decisions. Bet Better does not facilitate betting directly.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please pause and seek support from a qualified service in your region. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
05 Privacy and Data Usage
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices, including cookies, analytics, and affiliate tracking as described there.
If you use Google One Tap, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and Google identifier for authentication and account management. We do not share this information except as necessary to provide services or comply with law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
06 Affiliate Disclosure
Bet Better may receive commissions via affiliate links to products and services. These relationships do not affect our analytics content. We may be compensated when users click links or make purchases via our recommendations.
07 Intellectual Property
All Platform content (text, graphics, images, software, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party content (logos, images, trademarks) remains the property of its respective owners.
We do not claim ownership over any league, team, or player images or logos. Use is for informational and editorial purposes only and does not imply endorsement or partnership.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Platform content without permission, except where permitted by law.
08 Disclaimer of Liability
Bet Better provides analytics and predictions for entertainment and informational purposes only. While we leverage data and models, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Your use of our content is at your own risk. Bet Better is not responsible for any financial losses or damages arising from reliance on our content.
09 User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive activities, including fraud or attempts to interfere with normal operation.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these T&Cs or engage in activities that harm the Platform’s integrity.
11 Modifications to T&Cs
We may update these T&Cs to reflect service or legal changes. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12 Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Australia. If you are outside Australia, you may also be subject to the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
13 Jurisdiction
Subject to applicable consumer protections, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Australia. Consumers may benefit from mandatory provisions of their home country’s laws.
14 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these T&Cs seeks to override your non-waivable consumer rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

16 Changes to the Platform

17 Compliance with Local Laws

18 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bet Better be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of access to or use of (or inability to use) the Platform or the information and predictions provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
19 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bet Better and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these T&Cs, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
20 Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
21 Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
22 Write-Ups
Write-Ups are informational and editorial content. We do not guarantee their accuracy or timeliness. Treat them as supplementary and do your own research before making betting decisions.
