Where do the projections come from?

Our player model projects each player's stat line for the game — passing, rushing and receiving in the NFL; disposals, marks, tackles and goals in the AFL; points, rebounds and assists in basketball; goals, assists, shots and saves in hockey. The fantasy points are simply that line scored with each format's published rules, which are printed above every table.

Which scoring systems are covered?

NFL: Full PPR, Half PPR, Standard, DraftKings and FanDuel. AFL: the official AFL Fantasy scoring. NBA, NHL and WNBA: DraftKings and FanDuel. Every page lets you switch between them.

Why isn't SuperCoach here?

SuperCoach scores use Champion Data's private formula, which weighs more than fifty statistics and isn't published. We won't print a number we can't compute honestly. For AFL we show the official AFL Fantasy scoring, and where a bookmaker prices a player's fantasy points line, our model's projection of that line directly.

What about FPL, MLB, NRL and cricket?

They arrive as soon as our models project the stats those games score — goals, assists and clean sheets for Fantasy Premier League; hits, home runs and runs for baseball; tackles and run metres for NRL Fantasy and SuperCoach NRL. Nothing gets published from a guess.

How often do the numbers change?

Daily, as lines move — injuries, weather and lineups all shift a projection. Each page shows when it was last updated. Projections are estimates, not promises.

Can I download the projections?

Yes. Every sport page serves ?format=csv and ?format=json with stable columns, free to use with credit (CC BY 4.0). Details on the free model API page.
