What happens to my bet if a player doesn't play?

Most bookies void a player bet if the player doesn't take the field and give your stake back, but the rules differ, so check yours.

Example: You bet $15 on a player to get over 19.5 points and he is ruled out before the game. Most bookies refund your $15. In a multi, that leg is usually removed and the rest stays on at a lower price.

A player who starts and then gets hurt usually counts as having played, so the bet stands.

Check team news close to the start, because late changes happen.

As of 5 October, the bookies keep about $7 of every $100 bet on player bets across the games we track.
