What does +150 mean in betting?

+150 means a $100 bet wins $150 if it comes in, so you get $250 back in total.

Example: Bet $20 at +150 and win: you make $30 and get $50 back. In Australian odds, +150 is $2.50.

A plus sign shows how much you win on a $100 bet. The bigger the number, the less likely the bookie thinks it is.

A minus sign works the other way: it shows how much you must bet to win $100.

As of 5 October, the bookies keep about $5 of every $100 bet on who-wins bets across the games we track.
