The Markets

How to read every tennis bet

Two tours (ATP / WTA) and three surfaces (Hard, Clay, Grass) reshape every win probability. Master these core markets first — then take them live on the picks page.

Match Winner (Moneyline)

The purest 2-way market — no draws. Retirement rules vary by book: some void if a set isn't completed, others pay once a ball is served.

> Alcaraz: -180
> Sinner: +150
// Stake $180 on Alcaraz to win $100.

Set Handicap

A virtual margin on the set score. In best-of-3, -1.5 needs a 2-0 sweep; +1.5 only needs one set won.

> Djokovic: -1.5 Sets (-110)
> Medvedev: +1.5 Sets (-110)
// Medvedev cashes if he wins the match OR loses 1-2.

Total Games (Over / Under)

Wager on total games played — driven by serve dominance. A tight 7-6, 7-6 alone is 26 games.

Futures Markets

Back a tournament winner. The four Grand Slams (Aus Open, French Open, Wimbledon, US Open) carry the deepest liquidity.

> Wimbledon Winner: Alcaraz (+175)
> To Reach Final: Sinner (+110)
// Odds lock at the time you place the bet.

Tennis betting FAQ

What happens if a player retires?

Rules vary by bookmaker. Some void the bet if the match doesn't finish; others pay out once at least one set is completed.

Does Game Handicap include tiebreaks?

Yes. Handicaps settle on the total sum of games won by each player at the end of the match.
