Terms

Version BBD-2026-10d · Bet Better Pty Ltd (ABN 66 670 726 691), Melbourne, Australia ("we"). You accept these terms when you pay for a plan. They are the whole agreement.

1. What you get

Access to the products and leagues on your plan while it is active: the Predictions feed, Line Moves, the Bets feed and Storylines (the facts and the pieces we write for you), in the formats we deliver.

2. What you may do

• Use the data in your own business: pricing, trading, models, research, tools and content.
• Publish your own work built on it: articles, posts, shows, newsletters.
• Storylines pieces we write for you are yours: edit them, publish them anywhere.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, share or redistribute the feeds or the raw Storylines facts as a data product, or let others use your key.
• Show our numbers or facts inside your own app or product to your users without a commercial or enterprise licence.
• Get around the limits on your plan, or scrape the site or API.
• Use any of it to promote betting to people under 18 (or 21 where that is the law).

4. Paying and cancelling

• Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card, and renew until you cancel. Prices exclude tax; tax is added where the law requires it.
• Cancel any time from your account; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Delivered data and pieces are not refunded.
• Pilot: a one-off fee for 4 weeks of the Predictions feed (up to 3 leagues), for new customers, one per company. It then carries on as a monthly plan at the normal price unless you cancel before the 4 weeks end, and the pilot fee comes off the first monthly payment.
• A Line Moves league that is not live yet is not billed until its first live call. The Bets feed is not billed until its first live bets.
• Bets feed: we cap how many buyers get it, to protect its value, and may stop taking new Bets feed buyers at any time. This never ends a plan you already have.
• Plans have monthly limits. When you reach one, you can upgrade; we never charge for going over.

5. No guarantees

Our numbers, calls and facts are information, not advice and not a promise of any result. We work to keep them accurate and on time, but they can contain errors or arrive late, and the service is provided as available.

6. Our limits

Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Ending and changes

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken (we email you first unless it is urgent). We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. Questions: data@betbetter.world.
