1. Free Trial Policy
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Pro Picks subscription, provided they have not previously used a trial.
Upon completion of the trial period, your account will automatically be charged the weekly subscription fee unless canceled prior to the trial's end.
We do not issue refunds for users who fail to cancel before the trial period concludes. A reminder email will be sent 3 days before the trial ends.
2. Pro Picks Subscription
After the trial, subscriptions are billed weekly. Billing occurs every 7 days from the initial payment date.
Users must cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged.
Refunds are not issued for charges made after the trial period or during an active billing cycle.
3. Best Bets Subscription
The Best Bets subscription is billed weekly. Charges are recurring and occur every 7 days from the date of subscription purchase.
Failure to cancel before the billing date will result in a charge for the upcoming week.
Refunds are not provided for missed cancellations or unused portions of the subscription.
4. Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their subscription at any time by visiting the account settings section of the website. Alternatively, cancellations can be processed by contacting customer support at support@betbetter.world.
Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle starts to avoid additional charges.
Once a billing period begins, no refunds will be issued for that cycle.
5. Refund Exceptions
While Bet Better adheres to a no-refunds policy, exceptions may be considered in cases of:
- Billing errors resulting in overcharges.
- Extended platform outages affecting service delivery.
Requests for refunds under these exceptions must be submitted via email to support@betbetter.world.
6. General Terms
All sales and subscription renewals are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for any reason, including for unused services or missed cancellations.
By subscribing, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.
