Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Policy
New users may be eligible for a Bet Better Pro trial when offered from time to time. At the end of any trial,
the plan you selected will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
We do not issue refunds if you fail to cancel before the trial period concludes. Where applicable, a reminder email
may be sent prior to conversion.
2. Bet Better Pro Subscription Billing
Bet Better Pro is billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you chose (e.g., weekly). Billing recurs from the
original payment date or the day your trial converts to paid. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the start of the
upcoming billing cycle.
Important: All sales and renewals are final for the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods or unused access.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your Account page. You may also email
support@betbetter.world and we’ll assist. To avoid another charge,
submit your cancellation before the next billing cycle begins. Once a billing period starts, it is non-refundable.
4. Refund Exceptions
While we generally adhere to a no-refunds policy for active billing periods, we may consider a refund in rare cases such as:
- Verified billing errors (e.g., duplicate charge).
- Extended, unexpected platform outages that materially impact core service delivery.
To request an exception, email support@betbetter.world within 14 days of the charge.
Requests are reviewed case-by-case at Bet Better’s sole discretion.
5. General Terms
By subscribing, you agree to this Refund Policy. We do not provide refunds or credits except as explicitly outlined above,
including for unused time or missed cancellations. Local laws may provide additional rights; nothing in this Policy limits
statutory rights that cannot be waived.
